Méribel resort plans to open despite Covid-19

Updated: Nov 11, 2020

With much of Europe going in and out of lockdowns in 2020, and France in "confinement" for the month of November 2020, the main question on many skiers' minds is: what does this mean for skiing this winter in Méribel and the Three Valleys this winter?

The latest news from the Méribel station is that it's going to be business as usual from December, with lifts opening plus a few adjustments to protect public health, such as wearing face masks on lifts. And with many hosts, hotels and airlines now offering flexible cancellation policies, there's a lot of protection in place for you should your plans need to change.

The Three Valleys, of which Meribel is a part, have even developed their own must-have snood fashion item for the season - a 2-in-1 snood face covering.

So ditch your face mask and get your Moncler to the ready... it's time to plan a ski trip with your family and friends to escape the doom and gloom of 2020!
